Ah, Monopoly. A Classic Past-time of Mine.

After not updating this thing for two weeks, I thought I'd log back on. The meet this last Friday was, once again, very enjoyable. As the title would imply, Monopoly has got to be my favorite board game, mainly because I've been playing it for most of my life. Although I probably won't be at the New Year Furry Ball, I'll be keeping up with the other scheduled meets.

Should continue to be fun. :-)

Looking Forward to the Meet on Friday

I'm looking forward to LupineFox's furmeet on Friday. The last one was really very enjoyable, even though it was my first time there and I didn't know anybody. Those pizzas were ridiculous. 28 inches? Jeez.

(Props to the people out there who know German) ;-)

Yes, that's right, the first snow of the season. I'm sitting, eating breakfast and waiting for my first class to start, and there's a healthy layer of snow on the ground. Now, I'm not one of those people who writes an entry for every little thing, but I thought that I may as well this once.

Ah, You've Got to Love Those Banner Ads

Oh, and one more thing. It just occurred to me that those poor souls out there that use Microsoft Internet Explorer may be seeing giant banner ads all over my (and everyone else's) LiveJournal page. Do yourself a favor:

Windows Users

1.)If you haven't already, download Mozilla Firefox (here).

2.)Install the "Adblock" extension (here).

Simple enough, no?

Macintosh Users

1.) [Optional] - You may, if you wish, download Mozilla Firefox, and use it instead of Mac's default Safari browser.

2.) If you wish to stay with Safari, search MacUpdate for an advertisement blocker. There are a few on there.

Well, I'm on LiveJournal Now

Inspired by the ridiculous number of furs who I met yesterday at LupineFox's furmeet, I have (finally) decided to create one for myself. Being restricted by LiveJournal's control on customizing the layout of my page (I have to pay them to edit the script) isn't really my thing, I must admit. But still, the fact that so many others use this service has sold me on it. And the layouts that they do offer aren't all that bad. Anywho, I must get to business of the school type, and maybe to adding some furs who I met last night as friends.
